Information for making an appointment

For blood sampling you can only visit the open locations of Saltro by appointment. Thanks to the appointments in advance, we avoid full waiting rooms and long waiting times. You can make an appointment by clicking on "Make an appointment here".
From Monday 23 May 2022 it is no longer necessary to make an appointment at Saltro for patients to hand in urine & stool samples and to hand in event recorders & 24 hour blood pressure monitors. For these you can visit one of the locations during opening hours.

We request that you wear a mouth mask during your appointment at Saltro.

You can’t make an appointment at our website?

Make an appointment with your smartphone or tablet or contact our Care Information Centre
(Zorginformatiecentrum) at +31 30 236 11 86, available on weekdays from 8AM to 5PM.
To make an appointment for a functional examination such as a fundus picture, ECG or ultrasound, please call our appoinments office (unfortunately this is not yet possible online): +31 30 236 11 24.

What do you take with you?
The printed patient notice from ZorgDomein or the doctor’s application form.
Please arrive on time but not too early. You can take a seat in the waiting room up to 5 minutes before the appointment.
We will always ask you to show your valid identification.
As a health care provider, Saltro is required by law to record your Citizen Service Number (BSN). Your BSN can be found on your passport, driving licence or identity card. We therefore ask you to bring any of these proofs of identity with you to a Saltro location, plus your health insurer’s card.
For Thrombosis Service clients, it is sufficient to bring your pass or the dosage calendar.

Please note:
If more than 1 person needs an examination, please change the number of people in the blue box under ‘selecteer een onderzoek’ (‘select an examination’). You can make an appointment for a maximum of 2 people at the same time.
