In principe is neuroborreliose een verwijsindicatie. Eerste keus van behandeling is een iv behandeling.

> 18 jaar
doxycycline	po 100mg 2dd 30 dagen	1e keus alternatief iv bij chronische neuroborreliose bij afwezigheid pleiocytose
doxycycline	po 200mg 1dd 14 dagen	Indien betalactam allergie bij vroege neuroborreliose
